Max-Hervé George is a French entrepreneur, investor, and property developer. With more than 10 years of experience, he is recognised for realising complex transactions including IPOs and debt buyouts. Mr George is the co-founder of the Ultima Capital Group and CEO of Ultima Capital, which was listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange in 2019.
Edward Spencer-Churchill started his career at Bain & Company. He has over 20 years’ experience investing in a wide range of companies and industries. Ed oversaw the £500 million business process outsourcing transactions for Pearl Group with Tata Consultancy Services in 2005 which transformed the business. Most recently, alongside Mark Wilson (ex-CEO of Aviva plc) he has overseen SCP’s investment into Abacai Group, a personal line insurance technology business.
François Reyl is the CEO of Reyl – Intesa Sanpaolo. He joined Reyl & Cie in 2002 and initiated and led the deep transformation and development of the bank. He became the CEO in 2008. Prior to this, Mr. Reyl worked in the M&A department and LBO Coverage Group (which he co-founded) of Credit Suisse First Boston in London. He began his career as an M&A attorney with Jones Day in New York and Paris.
